“Best Movie” at the prestigious HP Lovecraft Film Festival of Portland

The movie is aged in 1943 during the Second World War, in a lost country house. Pietro and Lucia are two poor farmers living together with Alice, the deaf-dumb handicapped sister of Lucia.  Pietro is a strong man although he suffers of a foot malformation, but this does not prevent him to handle his work, Lucia looks after their home and her sister. One day, while Alice is taking some water from the water well, the incredible happens: the bucket remains entangled at the bottom and once Pietro succeeds to free it, it seems that an alien light is coming up from the heart depths. The dazzling light will only be the first of the marvellous and scaring events envolving Pietro and the rest of the family.
