With regards to the following law: Of April 22 1941 n. 633, and further updates: May 22 n. 128, March 31 2005 n. 43, DDL 861 as approved by the Italian Parliament on December 21 2007.

All intellectual and creative works that may be classed as literature, music, figurative art, architecture, theatre and cinematography in all their forms and ways of expression are protected by the above specified law.

Computer programs are also protected as works of literature by the Convention of Berne on literary and artistic works as ratified by law on June 20 1978 n. 399. Database banks are also protected by the above law as they constitute the intellectual creation of the author.

Layouts (templates, themes etc), drawings in any format (including JPEG, PNG, Flash and all other formats), undersigned texts and plans are all the property of X Legion (Legio) or their respective authors.

Copying and manipulating any material from the X legion site with any kind of analog-digital device is prohibited without written approval from the publisher.
Copies for strictly personal use are permitted on the condition that they will not be utilised in any way that might be deemed illegal or offensive.
Texts may be quoted in reports and studies, or used in reviews on the condition that the author’s name and the source are cited as well as the X legion web address: http://www.xlegion.us
